Here's exactly how our refund policy works.
If you order one item, and you've tried the product for 30 days consistently we won't ask you to return the opened item. All you'll need to do is contact us, and we'll refund you every cent.
If you order two or more items, we will only ask you to return the remaining unopened items. As an example, if you order 3, and you want a refund, we'll only ask you to return your two unused items.
Important Information to Note About Refunds
Please allow 7 - 14 days for us to process your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If however, we had to arrange for a collection of your returned products, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Product Orders
We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. While we are happy to assist with refunds for incorrect purchases, please note that we cannot facilitate product swaps. Customers must comply with our standard refund policies to process any returns. Please ensure you double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase, as we are not liable for orders placed incorrectly.
